We're backed by top investors and growing fast. Now we're hiring our first AI QA Automation Engineer to revolutionize how we ensure quality in a high-compliance environment.

What You'll Do

You'll be the founding engineer focused on AI-powered quality assurance—working across our entire stack to build the future of automated testing:

• Automate full-stack testing at scale: Build comprehensive test suites for web, desktop, mobile, and mobile web apps across multiple browsers, screen sizes, connection speeds, and browser versions.
• Test our agentic interfaces: Develop testing frameworks for our AI agents' chat interfaces and other complex interaction patterns that traditional testing can't handle.
• Engineer AI-powered testing workflows: Design and maintain how our internal AI coding agents generate, write, and maintain tests—creating a seamless automated development experience that catches bugs before they ship.
• Build AI testing personas: Create and maintain AI-powered user acceptance testing agents that simulate real users, test features autonomously, and provide intelligent feedback on user flows.
• Own the testing infrastructure: Maintain and evolve our testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates across the entire codebase.
• Generate edge cases with AI: Build systems that automatically generate user acceptance tests, identify edge cases, and stress-test features using AI.
• Engineer quality end-to-end: Shape quality control from ideation through production, using code and AI to ensure compliance and reliability at every stage.
• Do manual QA when it matters: While automation is your superpower, you'll still manually test critical features to ensure they ship with confidence.

What We're Looking For

• You've built and scaled test automation frameworks that actually work in production.
• You write clean, maintainable code in TypeScript—this is an engineering role, not just QA.
• You're excited about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI in testing.
• You understand full-stack testing: APIs, databases, UI, mobile, and everything in between.
• You've worked with AI coding agents and understand how to integrate them into development workflows.
• You enjoy pushing the limits of generating technical approaches and production-ready code with AI coding agents.
• You have experience in high-compliance or regulated environments where quality isn't optional.
• You balance thoroughness with velocity—knowing when to automate and when to ship.
• You thrive in ambiguity and can build testing strategies from scratch.
