1. Purpose
Onboarded sends SMS messages only for transactional and compliance-related purposes. These may include:Task related notifications (e.g., reminders to complete assigned tasks)Security and authentication messages (e.g., 2FA codes)Legally required noticesWe do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
2. Consent & Opt-OutBy using Onboarded’s services, users agree to receive necessary SMS messages as part of service delivery. Users may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.
3. Customer ResponsibilitiesOnboarded customers using our platform for SMS are responsible for ensuring their SMS communications comply with all applicable laws, including obtaining appropriate consent from their users.
4. Data & PrivacySMS data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS data with third parties.
