The Role
You won’t just be a storyteller. You’ll be the strategic operator translating product into adoption, acting as the connective tissue between product, sales, and customers. We’re not looking for a generalist—we’re looking for a product-first marketer with a bias toward clarity, execution, and results.
What You’ll Do
Own Positioning & Messaging
- Develop Onboarded’s strategic narrative and differentiated market position
- Craft crisp, compelling messaging across product launches, web, content, and sales enablement
- Turn features into value, and complexity into clarity
Lead GTM Execution
- Build and own the go-to-market playbook for product and partner launches (e.g. AI agents, compliance marketplace, Salesforce integration)
- Collaborate with product, sales, and partnerships to define use cases, personas, and key differentiators
- Drive enablement through collateral, training, and competitive intelligence
Amplify the Brand
- Develop a bold, resonant brand voice that reflects our mission and ambition
- Leverage founder-led content, ecosystem partners, and earned media to build awareness
- Serve as the architect of credibility across digital, events, and social
Support Demand & Growth
- Partner with the GTM team to drive pipeline through smart, efficient campaigns
- Blend creative storytelling with performance-minded experimentation
- Lay the foundation for future growth: playbooks, tools, and marketing operations
Who You Are
- A product-first marketer who’s fluent in positioning, packaging, and persona development
Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS; ideally served as a senior PMM or first marketing hire - A clear communicator and strategic thinker who can move from 0 → 1
- Comfortable in lean, dynamic startup environments and motivated by ambiguity and velocity
- Deeply empathetic to buyers, users, and partners, with a bias for action and learning
Bonus if you have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or compliance ecosystem
- Strong copy chops and design intuition
- Ability to use AI tools to move faster and smarter
